Terrific!!!!
I have used this in both the Normal/Dry skin formula and the Oily/Combination formula, at different times in my life when it was appropriate. Fortunately this foundation didn't acc...read moreentuate any dry patches on my skin, nor did it make my skin look oily at all. Could it be, a foundation for dry skin that isn't greasy and shiny?! Yes! However if you have very dry skin, this isn't going to give you the hydration that you need. It's better for normal skin with minor dry spots. But the best part of this foundation is it's staying power... literally all day, even in an active environment. There is a wide variety of shades for easy matching as well. This is my drugstore dupe for Estee Lauder Double Wear, and it's a VERY close dupe at that. settles into fine lines
So my local stores only seem to carry the old version without softflex, so that's what I'll be reviewing (not sure it makes that big of a difference). This foundation has a nice consistency, good coverage (especially good at covering my pink cheeks) and lasts all day long. I like it!
So I got this makeup, really unsure of why I got it, since I don't really use liquid makeup. But this makeup works really well! It blends perfectly with my skin, and doesn't make me break out or anything. It doesn't make my skin too dry or too oily, and lasts all day for me. Great for Everyday :)
This foundation is great for everyday wear and a natural appearance. I wear it to class and save my MAC foundation for evening dates and occasions. This foundation can do a lot of work at a low cost. I recommend for people to have 2 different foundations. The name says it, Colorstay!
One of the best drugstore foundations. Sadly the color I picked is a bit too fair for me and does not go as perfect as I wished it did. But the days I do not that much in the sun, especially in winter, I use it a lot and my sister is paler than me so she i uses it most of the time. It goes on really well and smooth, and has this incredible staying power. Love it!!!
I have tried numerous foundations. My ColorStay Foundation for Dry Skin is the best in my eyes. I was always willing to splurge for a foundation, hoping it will be my holy grail. Never thought I would get such an amazing product at the drugstore. Nothing compares to it!! It's very long lasting, non drying, and I look flawless for hours. Revlon Color Stay
I think this product really livved up to its claims. i felt as my foundation really held up for the night and it didnt give me a heavy feeling. Its such a great price how couldnt you try it out. Not too much shimmer for my liking
I am in my early 20', so maybe that has something to do with it, but I love the subtle amount of shimmer in this foundation! It's perfect because it reflects just enough light to look great in pictures, but I don't feel like I am going to a pretty princess tea party.
