Acceptable for Blemishes

Mediocre
The concept is good: concealer with moisturizer. However, it is not good at performing at concealing under eye dark circles. It is fine for blemishes or facial dark spots, but NOT for under eye. If you want to cover blemishes and other face discolorations, this is fine for you.
