Made a diffence
I love this gel. It says you can use it over nail polish or on bare nails, but I find it works best on bare nails. After trying nail gels, my nails were really damaged. I used this gel for a week or so and the fine cracks seemed to heal. I don't know that I noticed a significant difference in how fast my nails grew, however the growth I was getting did not crack off due to damage.
