Powerful, Versatile Cream!
I like the concept of The Honest Company--you join and periodically receive bundles of well-made, fairly-priced products for your baby(ies), your family's skin, hair, body, and house-cleaning needs (laundry detergent, bathroom cleaner, fruit and vegetable wash, dish soap, oxy boost, and so much more). You choose the five items you most need and want and delivery continues unless you cancel. The first item I tried from my introductory package was the healing cream. This very dense cream is a little reminiscent of Elizabeth Arden's "Eight Hour Cream," but it has a scent which is not very pleasant. It's hard to describe--all natural, but no synthetic floral or citrus aroma to mask the smell of the powerful ingredients. It contains beeswax, castor oil, shea butter, and sunflower, olive, and tamanu oils to nourish, hydrate, and heal. Chamomile, calendula, and lavender soothe skin. A little goes a long way. I rubbed into hands and on cuticles overnight and woke up to new skin. The feel is pure satin! This is perfect to use on chapped lips, baby irritations and diaper rash (this is proven safe for infants), dry elbows, ragged feet, as well as cuts, burns, sunburn (shame on you!), and scrapes. My first trial was a success. I would give this ten stars except for the scent of this cream. — 1 day agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
