Don't Even Bother
I used this as a base coat. The first time I put this on it left little bubbles all over my nails. I was thoroughly disappointed but decided maybe I hadn't waited long enough for it to dry. The next time I used it I waited 30 minutes for it to dry before putting any polish on. It bubbled again and even made the nail polish chip within days of applying it.
