I took a chance & purchased this as a gift set without smelling it first. I received it yesterday & at first I thought I would have to return it. I don't like the way it smells in the bottle - too musky. But I wore it today & discovered it changes once you wear it. It is a warm fragrance with patchouli & musk as it's base but it's not overpowering. I am a lover of spicy scents so this is right up my alley, It definitely has lasting power. If you like Chanel 5 big chance that you will like this one also. I tried this one with a girlfriend in the store. I've a olive skintone and i've used the edp and my friend who's light toned used the edt... Realy nice you realy can smell the patchouli. Love it!
