LOVE China Glaze Crackle!
LipglossandSpandex (487 reviews)I saw magazine ads for crackle polish, and knew I had to at least TRY this trend. :P I received two bottles to review for weheartthis .com--Cracked Concrete (grey creme) and Heartbreaker (pink creme). Both colors are opaque and pigmented. The texture is nice, although a little thick. The price is okay. I love the color options too. Decent/above average length of wear. I lent my bottle to a friend, who gave herself a pedi that withstood paint and scrubbing for two weeks! I tried Sally Hansen crackle and it was nowhere near as good. China Glaze Crackle polish is fabulous! ***Notes about crackle polish in general: It's easy to apply, and you can vary the size of the crackle by varying the thickness of the crackle coat--a thicker coat means fewer but bigger cracks, a thinner coat means many but very small cracks. Definitely make sure your base coat layer is COMPLETELY dry before applying the crackle top coat. This means the whole mani takes a bit longer than average, but not too bad. Also, crackle polish might not be okay for some office places. But fun for the weekend! It might not be a good product for gals who want their mani to be absolutely perfect, because the crackle is a little unpredictable, and it adds thickness/texture to the nail. Lastly, by changing the direction of the brush stroke, you can kind of change the direction of the crackle. — 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Surprisingly Fun
TheLacqueredLady (588 reviews)I am not a big fan of how crackle polish looks in general, but I picked up black crackle as part of a four pack of polishes. This polish is incredibly long lasting, dries quickly, and is easy to apply. You can get several different looks depending on how thickly you apply the polish. This is a great product, regardless of how you feel about the crackle look in general. — 8 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Fine
orangekuo (16 reviews)It's okay but spreads a little too much and it is a super thin coat! — 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
