I am so glad I found this product! My teeth have always been so important to me. I had Zoom, I bought in-office dental whitening kits, I had a mold custom made for my teeth, I have used Crest Whitening strips, whitening toothpastes, whitening mouthwash.... The list goes on and on! I can't believe all of the money that I wasted when this superior product is only $5.99; $3.99 if you only need the gel! The kit comes with an ultra comfy gel mouth guard and it was all so easy to use. My teeth are naturally white, but I wanted to bring them up a few shades and do it on the budget. This is definitely the product! I noticed an immediate difference on day 1. The instructions say 5 minutes, or 15-20 if you want a deeper level of whitening. I did 20 minutes twice in the first day; I couldn't believe the difference. It has always bothered me that Crest Whitestrips are so, so expensive and they are such a disappointment.
