So the first time i used this on my hair, i immeaditly could tell my hair was sooooo much softer!!!!! It looked so fluffy, healthy, and just gorgeous!! You do not need a lot. If you use too much it will weigh your hair down. I have fine/flat hair and i use about a dime size and my hair is okay.
