I love the "Extra Hold" version, but this lightweight hold version is worthless. It has a strong strawberry fragrance, but otherwise does not do ANYTHING. I got a sample of this and tried it several times, thinking maybe the product was not coming out. It was wet when it sprayed and left a strong fragrance in my hair, but did not hold AT ALL or keep frizz done or anything. I have very fine hair and NEVER had a product not do anything. Usually products make my hair too stiff, crunchy, clumpy, flat, or greasy looking. The fresh scent of this product is great. I usually don't like using hairspray on the day I wash my hair because I feel like hairspray makes my hair look dirty and I have to wash it right away. But the mist of this is so fine and even distributed that it is not a problem. I also feel like it even makes my hair softer.
