I got this for brown eyes and think it's awesome. The brush grabs my lashes easily and the purple looks good, especially when I use it just on my tips. I've had it a couple months and have had no problems with it. I've received many compliments on it. I will be buying it again. The price isn't bad and it lasts all day. I tried this in purple or for brown eyes. I really liked the brush because even though it had fairly short bristles it was really easy to get into your lashes and coat each one. The purple also stayed true to its color and looked beautiful. However it flaked like crazy and after not using for a week or so the formula became very thin and watery. It wasn't exposed to any type of heat or anything unusual so I have no idea why it became that way.
