Can't Use This

Out of all the foundations I've used this one broke me out the worst. It did have good coverage but the breakouts were not worth it. Had to stop using it. Gave it 5 stars for the coverage.

Mask like...

I usually don't mind fuller/heavy coverage foundations, but this made me want to wash my face. I'm a skeptic when it comes to skin solutions in my makeup so I can't say if this really has "lifting" power. I wasn't able to wear it long enough to find out.

Almost a 10

Since from the name of this foundation implies it is for older women, I thought it would be more moisturizing, and be a "one-step" product for me since it has SPF and glycerin. I found it to be a little thicker than what I'm used to, and it exacerbates my dry patches and flakes a bit. In spite of that, it's one of the best foundations I've ever used. It gives me medium coverage while still letting my skin show through. Covers my brown spots and doesn't settle much at all into my lines. Another member is right that a little goes a long way. one pump is all I need. It might feel and look heavy at first, but after it sets it's just fine. It's also pretty long lasting. If you think it's heavy, you might be using too much. I don't notice any "lifting" at all, as I think only Botox can do that.

Love it!!

This product does lift, and it has great coverage....my skin is perfect with it, the only problem is that it does not blend well unless you blend it immediately. You have to do one area at a time. And if you decide to try it without a moisturizer that was applied IMMEDIATELY before, then you will have so much dry skin it will not be able to sink in.

so good for my pores and wrinkles

Good in my big pores and wrinkles compared to other ones I've tried (35 in total). Inexpensive compared to high-end. Lasts very well on me. I would call it between a demi matte and satin finish, but it's not drying on my combo skin and it doesn't highlight dry flakes at all, like most mattes and even most satins do on me. It's just like my skin; that's what I would call the "finish." Comes i...read moren a pump so you won't contaminate it it with fingers. Doesn't get "dewy" later like even MAC Pro Longwear and MUFE HD will on me. Has pink and yellow and even some beige tones for neutrals like me. SPF17. Buildable. CONS: Do have to blend it pretty quickly, as it dries a little fast. Probably not for those who like a dewy or super-matte finish. I don't believe in any "lifting" claims, but that's not why I bought it, anyway. I just wish cosmetic companies would realize we can get our anti-aging products in our skin care choices. (I have to combine two colors to get my exact tone.) APPLICATION TIPS: I use Monistat chafing gel (or L'oreal's magic perfecting primer for a slightly more matte finish) tapped into my pores/wrinkles beforehand, letting it set a few minutes before applying the foundation. (Those two help a lot with my pores and helps the foundation to last longer ). I also like to put just a drop of grapeseed oil (it's a very light oil) mixed into my foundation before applying. (It's a crazy sounding idea, but it truly creates a magical finish that doesn't look greasy. I got the tip from makeup artist Wayne Goss on youtube. But do know that I'm combination/dry. It probably would not be good for someone who is oily or wants a matte finish.) I use a soft blending brush, like Sonia Kashuk's core synthetic blending brush, to apply and blend. I sometimes top off with a light spritz of MAC's fix plus to make it last even longer.

it's ok

It's not the best, not the worst. Coverage is medium to heavy, and as other reviewers said, a little goes a long way. I use an amount about the size of a green pea and it's plenty. I can't notice any lifting whatsoever, after almost a month of using it. Would I buy again? Probably not. Likely just will try something else.

Match really well with my skin tone. Drys quickly when applying the foundation. But very well blended with my face. I would recommend other to try this product out and use it as well.

Strongly Disliked this Product

It feels nice & smooth going on - but gave me a greasy/wet/mask-like feeling...even after it was "dry". It made my face look really oily .This overpriced foundation did nothing but make me look like a hot smudgy mess. I'd love to get my money back.

The best foundation ever

After using this foundation for a month I've noticed my face is gotten lighter and my wrinkles arent as noticeable as they were ,I got pregnancy spots and have the hardest time finding a foundation that'll cover all my blemishes , well I'm so happy to have found this product I use light ivory foundation and light powder and get compliments all the time of how clear my face is , I am a truly fan don't ever discontinue this product is the best I've tried!
