All I can say is I LOVE it. I am in the restaurant business and spend many days over a hot grill, steamy water, and hot ovens. Often, by the end of the day I resemble the Wicked Witch of the West. With that being said, I will usually hit the gym to work off the stress of the day. I will tell you that after I left work, I looked great. I ran 2 miles at the gym and threw myself in the hot tub to end the day. A quick look in the mirror made me smile. I still looked great and had a nice bronze glow that hung in better than any natural tan I might have acquired.
