Sporty
My husband owns about only 5 perfume bottles in total. I think Aramis smells the best on him, but this Bleu de Chanel is also nice too. In my opinion, Bleu does not smell overly masculine. It starts off a little citrusy, but the fragrance gets better once it dries down - warm, woody and a bit peppery. I say the scent is more sporty than complex/sophisticated. I must admit, it smells like I have sniffed somewhere from another perfume that I don't know which one. Still nice on him. Fresh
I got this for my boyfriend and he wears it everyday! Its very light and fresh smelling if you dont overload. It has sandalwood, ginger, cedar, grapefruit, and pink pepper to name a few so it does have that woody citrusy undertone to it. I think its a great fragrance for any man to wear whether they are the outdoorsy type or the professional business man. I honestly love this cologne. It's one of my favorite a guy can wear! I wish I could get it for my boyfriend, but he doesn't wear cologne. I'm honestly tempted to just buy it just so I can smell it! It smells honestly amazing. The packaging is very sleek too! It'll class up any counter or vanity.
