Its ok but needs improvement

the moisture rescue cleaner feels awesome going on but when you rinse its every drying and if you get it in your eyes it feels like you going blind. GARNIER SKIN RENEW RESURFACING 3-WAY CLEANSER is a better cleaner without the dryness and burning of the eyes.

great product

First off this product cleared up my skin removes excess oil without making my skin feel dry and itchy. When you use this product it works better when you foam it up in your hands first. Its also a great value $7.99 at most retailers.

Moisture Rescue - Really?

Wow, I was surprised to see the high overall rating on this product. I have always had dry skin and this product is anything but a rescue from that. No way! The packaging is really nice and the product smells good and lathers. But, beyond that, it certainly doesn't moisturize! It cleans well and gets my make-up off, but there is no added moisture. I've gotten a more moisturizing clean from a...read more product that doesn't claim to be ultra moisturizing. After washing with this my skin is VERY tight and almost itches if I don't get a moisturizer on ASAP. In my experience, a cleanser that lathers into a foam doesn't do much to moisturize. :(

WOWeee! Is this stuff Thick!

So, i played mad scientist and ended up drying out my top layer of skin pretty badly. I bought this and the gel cream moisturizer. In the shower, with a full face of makeup on, I applied about a quarter sized amount into my palm. Holy cow! You need a tiny drop of this stuff! I put it on so thick it couldnt foam, and sat on my typically combo/oily face like Ponds! Upon getting the over-applicat...read moreion off, I noticed it doesnt remove makeup. Its doesnt claim to, I just wanted to see just how 'viscous' the product is. Its very gentle... Second application, I used a much smaller amount and it foamed up nice, went on my skin nicely, and while my skin felt clean, i also felt like i didnt need a moisturizer. I will not deduct stars for it being incompatible with my skintype. That doesnt make it a bad product. For drier skintypes, id assume you'll love this cleanser. It did a great job on my drier parts- cheeks and forehead for me. Other than it being not right for me, there aren't any cons, in my opinion. Winter's around the corner, give it a try!

A great facewash!

I've tried alot of face wash...and since hearing about this and the moisturizer, i've given both a try. I love this. It goes on like a mask and washes in like a foam. It makes my skin feel softer and smoother and even better when I apply the moisturizer with it. One day I will try this as a mask, even though your probably not supposed to do that and see what it does for my skin. My skin is extreme...read morely dry on my forehead and around my nose and this just helps alot. Great for the price rather than paying for an expensive product that does half of what this does.

Rich, creamy cleanser

Love this cleanser by Garnier. Just a small amount will do, it foams nicely and feels rich. Nicely moisturizes your skin; no oily feeling afterwards. Nice clean smell, my new favorite cleanser!
