A little messy but beautiful end results

Great when foiled!
I have one of these in the shade "Beanie." The packaging is similar to MAC's Pigments, just a screw-top jar. When applied dry (whether over primer or by itself), I generally get very, very sheer color, lots of glitter, and fallout everywhere. When I foil this (apply it wet), I get opaque, stunning, shimmery color with excellent pigmentation.
