I prefer the 3D strips

Pearly Whites!
I'm a smoker and it was starting to show! I figured I would give these a shot in hopes for a prettier whiter smile! After using it only two times, I noticed my teeth noticeably whiter! I was also using the Crest Vivid White toothpase and the whitening rinse! The only negative thing I noticed about the strips were, my bottom teeth are sensitive and 15 min into applying the strips my bottom teeth kind of hurt!
