i like this tarte eyeshadow palette....the colors are very good and pigmented and you can create a variety of looks with this...i also like the eyeliner pencil that comes with it because its so creamy and easy to use and the brush is also very good since its soft and easy to use and i also like that there is a card that comes with it that teaches you how to do four different kind of looks for night or day....the case is also very cute which makes it look like a regular handbag....the con is that the band holding the brush and eyeliner pencil are annoying and hard to put back the brush and liner...the eyeshadows are very glittery and have a lot of fallout so you would need a primer before applying...also the lighter shade are harder to see unless primer is apply other wise it stays on all day... — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
