I am sadly suffering from adult acne and this product has really helped reduce my breakouts. I use this as a spot treatment every night and it has made such a difference. It is strong enough to help breakouts but does not overly dry me out or make my skin too sensitive. The smell is not too bad compared to other masks and I actually kind of like the brown color because when i spot treat I don't look as ridiculous as I would if it was another color.
