Like the flavour.
I like the flavour of this toothpaste very much. It really is very minty and gives you that burst of freshness when you brush your teeth. I don't find this a lasting effect though, and therefore, effectiveness wise much prefer the Crest 3D. But this toothpaste is a good option for when you just want to take away that coffee after-taste or maybe a cigarette scent for those who smoke. Minty
This toothpaste had a cool and crisp minty flavor. It generated nice foam. My teeth felt clean after using it, and it refreshed my breath. The minty feeling in my mouth lasted a little bit longer than when I use regular toothpastes, but definitely not hours like they claim to be. Also, I didn't see that it made my teeth "extra" white. Great toothpaste

I'm a Crest fan and user. I was excited to give this toothpaste a try. It works well and keeps your breath fresher longer due to the scope outlast. It does have a stronger taste. Doesn't taste as well as the Crest whitening with scope. Another issue I had with this toothpaste is it leaves your mouth extremely dry. I've been a HUGE fan of Crest Whitening Plus Scope EXTREME MINT EXPLOSION Toothpast. My tastebuds don't work well, so it's nice to have a toothpaste I can actually taste! However, I've noticed stores discontinuing Crest Extreme and had the feeling I should stock up on it. But I just ran out of my stock pile. Bummer. And I noticed that Crest replaced Extreme with Outlast, so I purchased some. ...read more OMG! The stuff is gross!!! Yes, you can taste the mint in your mouth for hours, but it leaves a residue (similar to lard, yes LARD) on your tongue and the roof of your mouth. I guess that's the "ground breaking technology" the creators at crest came up with. They just included some kind of waxy, pasty substance that sticks to your mouth and keeps the minty taste for several hours. The big bummer is that your mouth feels pasty and filmy, especially after a nice long brushing....kind of counter productive, don't you think? Do yourself a favor, don't buy this product. IT IS TRULY DISGUSTING. And if you're like me, you'll go online and buy the last remaining stockpile of Crest Extreme at Wall***t-dot-com.
