Lola
This scent is a really sweet, delicious floral. I absolutely loathe the bottle though! The top reminds me of those tu-tu things clowns wear around their necks. And it is pretty expensive for such a spooky looking bottle. Feminine With a Bite
This is a very feminine fragrance that surrounds you with roses, peonies and geraniums but after a few seconds you get the lively bite of pepper and then it warms you with tonka bean and musk. I was pleasantly surprised by its unique qualities and the bottle is fun and festive with a cap of flowers over a violet bottle and a gold band. Not a huge fan
I don't know why but I'm not a fan of this sent. I wanted to like it so badly but I just can't for some reason. It just seems very heavy and not in a good way. Fun and flirty, just like the bottle
First of all...my reviews tend to be based on length of wear, quality of product and price for perfumes since the scent really depends on personal preference and body chemistry. That being said, I did enjoy this scent. When I first sprayed it on I thought fruit punch, but after a few minutes I noticed the florals coming through. There's supposed to be pink peppercorn in the top notes and I suppose that is what gives this its unusual edge that helps keep it out of the usual floral/fruity sprays. It is quite long lasting with the fruity florals lasting many hours. After about 5 or 6 hours I'm left with a creamy vanilla...not frosting like, more of a sensual vanilla. So it is quite long lasting. I'd say slightly better than average. Maybe 7 hours of wear. The bottle is amazing and really fun as well. Purple glass, gold and a rubbery funky colored flower. Paired with a good price tag, I'd say this is an above average perfume. pink peppercorn, pear, and ruby red grapefruit. Blooming midnotes of rose, fuschia peony, and geranium make a feminine statement. I love this thing to pieces, its completely and totally amazing! When I decided it was time to buy a perfume, I first tried it out because of the intriguing packaging, and I immediately fell in love, and even though I did try others, I kept coming back to this. Yummy
So I originally tried this perfume because its named after my puppy dog, Lola. Little did I know that it would be a favorite of mine. It doesn't really read that floral on me and the middle note smells like chocolate after a few minutes. How could you not love that? It smells a little darker than a typical floral and actual reminds me a lot of Calvin Klein Euphoria another favorite of mine. It is not quite as sweet as Euphoria though. I get a ton of compliments and feel warm but a little dark in this perfume. It suits my chemistry and personality. Love
I love this scent. It is floral and girlie but not so much that I feel like a little girl, its a scent for a woman. I feel sexy when I wear this and I always get compliments. The bottle is pretty but sometimes the top gets in the way and can take up too much space. Feminine and Fierce!
Marc Jacobs is a stellar designer, and his perfumes are just as amazing. I love Lola because its a girly scent, and a floral dream! I remember how astonished I was when I first smelled it, and its still astonishes me. Even though its doesn't fit my personality at all; I still love it! I really adore this scent. This scent kind of grew on me. I wasn't the biggest fan at first, but once i got home from Sephora I couldn't stop sniffing my wrist!!!
