This is a gentle shampoo that is infused with keratin. My hair felt clean and stronger. It even produces a nice lather. I also love the smell. I love Aveeno products. This one is particularly gentle on the hair and scalp. I love that it's not harsh and smells so good. It adds shine and leaves hair soft and not weighed down like others I've tried. It's not too expensive either for the results you get.
