Silky, smooth application!
I am a budget beauty, and this is another great find from ELF. The bristles are soft and smooth, and it applied foundation just as well as my old department store foundation brush. Not only will I repurchase, but I will definitely recommend ELF brushes. For only $3, it does an even better job than I expected. One noticeable difference between my old brush and this one: the ELF version is not quite as thick. When I swipe it on my face, I can feel the difference (less bristles); however, it still works great and my skin is left flawless.
