Fans out color
I've paid a lot more for other fan brushes, but this one holds up. The $3 price can't be beat. It deposits the color that is on the brush where applied. poor quality
This brush came bent in shipment no matter how many times I've reordered, won't easily go back into shape b/c of the synthetic bristles which do not feel good on your skin. Their studio line, which costs $3 is actually worse than their originial line, which costs $1, so go ahead and buy 3 of their original line brushes instead. Very Poor Quality
I recently read that a fan brush is very good for applying blush on a round face, and I had been looking for a fan brush for a super long time. I have used ELF brushes before, and most of them are just fantastic. However, this brush was garbage. The head was crooked and the bristles were plasticy; it ended up streaking my blush. It was awful. Since the bristles were such poor quality , the blush would not adhere or stick to the brush. Would not recommend. Tissue would work better. It's a nice brush

Not worth the time
I bought this brush about a year ago and I have probably only used it once or twice, unlike my other ELF brushes which I use daily. It is very thin (not many bristles) and it literally had no purpose besides brushing fallout off of my face. Luckily, I purchased it for only $0.75, so it wasn't much of a loss.
