Good but not great
I got his in navy, and while the color is the perfect dark blue shade to help make your eyes seem brighter, turning up the dial didn't make much of a difference for me. I didn't see any additional product on the brush, nor did i see any difference in my eyes (I did one on setting 1 and the other on 3 to compare). It is long lasting and doesn't flake or smudge.
