Very Useful
I use this every night. I used to have trouble sleeping, and this doesn't put me to sleep, but it has definitely helped me stay asleep through the night. I would just like to note that I can't tell if this product really does unwind me for sleep, or if it's just a placebo effect. Though, after using it, I'm really glad it does put me to sleep (placebo or not). One pump and strategic placement on your pulse points is all it takes to have you succumbing to a sweet slumber. The smell is very relaxing.
