I had wanted to try a conditioner specifically for long and growing hair and tried this. This is one of the best conditioners I've ever used. Not only has my hair grown a couple inches since I started using this a few months ago, but I have yet to see a split end despite my occasional use of my hair dryer. I also love the way my colored hair looks. My hair has so much shine and feels silky.
