1 star for the smell (Mango and Cranberry are yummy), 1 for the SPF, and 1 because it does hydrate lips. Otherwise, it wears off quickly and doesn't provide any lasting hydration. The packaging is absolutely ridiculous. It comes in a tube but lacks an applicator tip. Is this to encourage sanitation? I don't really pass around my lip products, so I prefer convenience.
