My hair dresser recommended I use this when I asked her why my hair always felt so soft and silky after a visit. I bought it, and even though it was a bit on the pricey side, I found that my hair really DID feel softer because of it! I can't live without this! It makes my hair so soft and shiny, and protects it from my hair dryer and rolling brush without wrecking the ends of my hair.
