I've had 3 chi's over the past 3 1/2 years and I finally tried an FHI because my best friend is a cosmetologist and she told me they were the best right now. I was given this as a gift from my daughter who is an online beauty editor and this flat iron does the job. I have very curly fine hair. I have used a few different brands of flat irons, and I can say that this one does the best job. My hair is long and this flat iron makes it shiny and silky.
