Don't let the name fool you. It's NOT for older people, rather if you have damaged hair, this is one of the best because it moisturizes your hair without any oiliness and makes my hair feel absolutely luxurious. My hair is so soft, and I can even go without conditioner since my hair feels so conditioned after using this. It smells great too.
