If your goal is to scorch all of your hair off, then this is the dryer for you. This dryer has very low power, and 2 heat settings, which essentially amount to "cool" and "fry". I used it one time on my hair and couldn't believe how burnt my hair felt after only use, even though my hair generally stands up to heat pretty well.
