Worked great, until...
I'd been recommended this product by multiple people so I tracked down a set online. They worked GREAT for about 6 months, less than 12 uses, when the steamer stopped working. It wasn't until afterward that I found several online reviews that claimed the same thing, but then those who recommended these to me have had no such problem. So if you want to take a shot at them, go right ahead; maybe you'll have more luck than I did. That being said, because it comes with a 1-year warranty, I was told I can send it to them with an explanation about the problem and they'll send me a new one.
