The perfect shimmer for everyday.

I just bought this at CVS because it was 75% off. I have been looking for a natural everyday eyeshadow and when i saw this for such a huge discount i thought why not. I put it on as soon as i got in the car and WOW i really loved it. It was very sutle and matched the rest of my makeup very well. I love anything with a little shimmer and this has just the right amount for me. Im not sure how it will hold up as the day goes on because it is a cream and i tend to stay away from creams. so I bought this because I had the almay highlighter duo, which I love, but I was a bit disapointed with this product. first off, I didnt realize it was creamy. Im not a huge fan of creamy shadows. they make my eyes look heavy and cakey. It doesnt apply all too well and both colors look about the same shade when actually applied. I didnt see a contrast. A Simple and natural look

When I bought this eye shadow I was slightly confused when I found out no brush was included. The were not application instructions, but a with a quick internet search I discovered that using your fingers is the way to do it! I was nervous applying with my fingers, but it turned out great! I used the lightest shades and it works perfectly with my skin tone. I love the colors, I wanted something that enhanced my eyes without making me look "all done up". This is perfect for a natural look, and yes it brightens your eyes! Also, if you are looking for a darker style, use this shadow as a base and apply the other on top.
