After using other Bobbi Brown eye shadows in other finishes, I wanted to try these because of my very positive experiences with the other Bobbi Brown eye shadows. I tested a few that were on the tester display at a Bobbi Brown counter and decided on Nude Beach, Nude Glow, and Nude Spice. I prefer a natural neutral look for every day cosmetic application, and these colors not only suited me, but fulfilled my criteria. Don't let the metallic title or finish scare you off. They are really nice when applied and it isn't a glaring glittery finish, but kind of a nicely diffused glow. The texture is extremely silky and it clings to the brush when you load your brush prior to application. I find when I apply them, I have no color fallout. The pigment saturation is great, you don't need a lot of product to get a nice application. They are extremely buildable, and they blend seamlessly. I am extremely oily, and even when I don't use a primer, they last wonderfully, no creasing, no fading, no slipping. Just as with the other finishes of the Bobbi Brown eye shadows I own, I find these perform far better for me than many other high end shadows I have tried over the years with far less positive results. The shadow also doesn't settle into fine lines emphasizing them, the shimmery finish seems to almost diffuse light so well it appears to minimize fine lines, and that in itself is a huge bonus for me. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
