I just bought this, have tried many body lotions, and I really, really like this one. The price was good, got it at Walmart, for 4.97 for the pump bottle. It goes on so smooth, beautiful smell, which is very important to me, i like to smell nice, not greasy, very light, and moisturizes really nice. I sometimes apply it again at night before going to bed. It is said that Cleopatra once bathed in a tub full of milk and honey. The lactic acid kept her skin supple and gorgeous. We can't all be Queens of Egypt, but with this lotion will make you look like one. The third most prevalent ingredient is lactic acid and with moisturizing cocoa butter, this lotion makes your skin super soft and smooth. Best of all, it actually changes how your skin looks, evening out blotchiness and skin texture. I have scars that I'm really embarrassed of, and hopefully the lactic acid will even out the texture and tone of those too. i tried this product in hopes of eliminating my dry skin. This lotion did not work well for me. It did not soak into my skin, rather it just sat on top of it therefore leaving my skin dry. I have used this lotion for at least five years now and I looooove it! I normally change beauty products all the time, but this has been a mainstay. It's not as thick as the original Palmer's Cocoa Butter Lotion and smells a lot better. It smells kinda like chocolate and moisturizes so good. I can put it on at night after my shower and my skin will stay moisturized and super soft all night and all the next day!
