Works like crazy for me!

This stuff works like crazy for me! I don't know what it does but I spray on my roots and the lift I get is great. Started using hot rollers and people at a Christmas party yesterday told me I looked 10 years younger. What did I do to my hair!!!!! This is one drugstore product I would recommend. I use Loreal and love it. But, only the professional line. Would recommend highly.

Nice Volume

This is a very effective root lifter. I didn't find it to be stiff or sticky - it just made my roots feel thicker and hold their blow-dried place all day. Perfect. I did find that I have to use kind of a lot of it to get the desired effect, but maybe that's just my hair. The price is alright, and you can usually find it on sale somewhere (plus, John Frieda coupons come out often). I'll buy this again.

Great Product!

This became an instant classic for me. I use this spray on wet hair, spray it from the roots to tips. I sometimes add a mousse as well. I blow it out, spray it with a dry shampoo to set the look (a product called Psssst works great). The dry shampoo also removes the sticky feel from this product as well as makes it last all day! I've tried tons of root boosters, volumizers and lifters, but this product is my new favorite! And the price point is amazing as well!

pretty good for the price :)

I have very thin super fine baby hair, and after using this, i saw a slight difference in volume and thickness. I wouldn't say that this is the best but this helps my hair have movement and lots of shine. I will continue to look around for an AMAZING root booster. I have yet to try aveda and bumble and bumble, so we'll see

REALLY WORKS!

I have super fine hair, no body whatsoever. This product was easy to use and made my hair look fuller.

Not the ONE...

I noticed a difference the very first time I used, but thereafter hasnt been much change. It is very sticky though and that's what turns me off to it so much. Not bad though, just not the ONE!

pretty good

it volumizes really well for a while but after i straightened my hair it was flat again. I don't really like the texture either. its a little sticky. there's probably better products out there but i'm sure there are worse ones too. this is alright.

Really amazing!!

I have tried a handfull of volumizers and root boosters, and have not been impressed with any of them. I decided to give John Frieda a try. I purchased the whole line of volumizing products. I really took notice though, when I used the root booster. I couldn't believe it. One of my friends even thought I had gone to the salon. My hair stayed volumized all day and it is so easy to use. It works so well, I would have expected to be atleast twice the price.
