Grew on me...
My fiance has been wearing Hanae Mori for men for years and I always loved that scent on him. Obviously, that made me curious about the Hanae Mori scent for women! The first time I smelled this, I just gave the tester a quick sniff at Sephora and I thought it was awful. But for some reason I couldn't forget about it, so awhile later when I had the chance, I requested a sample with a Sephora order....read more When I first spritzed it on my skin, I still didn't love it...but I also couldn't stop sniffing it. I remained skeptical but interested and eventually this stuff really grew on me and finally took the next step and purchased a rollerball. It's got a touch of sweetness with some florals and fruits mixed in. It's truly an intriguing combination that I have come to enjoy wearing. Soft Romantic scent

I liked original Hanae Mori much better
I don't see the original Hanae Mori on here but it was fantastic! I have unsophisticated taste in perfume (think vanilla and coconuts) and I really fell for the original of this. Very Sweet
If you like sweet scents, this is the way to go! Also, the history on Hanae Mori and the bottle itself is pretty interesting if you care to look into it. my new favorite
I had only just learned of this perfume from a co worker when I recieved it in a gift set with several other fragrances. This one stood out. It's sweet, but not sugary . Hanae Mori Butterfly is exotic and complex. Despite what your nose tells you, the key notes are almond and strawberry (not vanilla, but the combination is similar). Other notes include: bilberries, black currant, Bulgarian rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, and praline. It is an elegant and utterly feminine fragrance. Light, pretty scent
