This is a must have for anyone that styles their hair a lot. This really helps strengthen hair and make it less damage prone. It definitely makes damage less noticeable but I do want to mention that there is nothing that actually repairs your hair - products can smooth ends and make it stronger but the only way to get rid of damage is to cut it off.
