I got this product recently at a Target store in No. 1 Flora. It is a sheer lipgloss, but it is almost like a lip balm, since it is so moisturizing. The pictures shown are completely not true to color, so make sure you go to your Target store and check them out. I do not find it sticky, but you may think differently, depending on your opinion.
