Not the best
I bought this to potentially replace the Bioderma makeup remover since it is not readily available in the states. This eye makeup remover just wasn't very effective. It took a lot of product for each use and I still found that I had to rub my eyes, which we should all avoid. At $9 for a small bottle, I would rather special order the Bioderma or continue my search for something more effective.
