If Only It Weren't So Strong . . .
I am fortunate in that a lot of my family members and friends will give me fragrances as gifts. At Christmas I received Juicy Couture’s “Viva La Juicy.” By all accounts, I should LOVE it. With a spirited mix of wild berries, mandarins, honeysuckle, gardenia, jasmine, creamy vanilla, caramel, amber, sandalwood, and praline, I normally think that I couldn't get enough. But I find it a bit too strong and overdone. If the key notes were more subtle, as they are just before it wears off, there would be potential. It’s not bad, but it’s not great. My favorite fragance

Nice scent

Fun and fresh, yet sophisticated
This is my favorite perfume from Juicy and a great all-around scent. The bottle is adorable and would look great on anyone's vanity or dresser. I have enjoyed using this, especially during the spring and summer months. It is a fairly complex fragrance which to me smells both floral and fruity, but without being too sweet. My 62 year old mom sampled this and she liked it so much that she bought the large bottle. I love that it smells slightly different on her than it does on me. A scent that works for someone in their twenties AND someone in their sixties is extremely diverse and universally pleasing. The scent lasts well on the skin and is noticeable but in no way overpowering. Want to Smell Like Candy?
This fragrance got such rave reviews, I had to take a whiff. Welllll... Let's be honest. It's not a scent for a Forty-One year old woman. It's a cute, girly scent for a teen. I thought it smelled like candy. If a woman walked by, smelling like this, I would not want to know what perfume she was wearing. I would think she just came from a carnival. On a teen, it's cute. Dessert
This parum lasted several hours. It had an oooey, goooey, sweet caramel smell with a very faint hint of fruity floral. I am very sensitive to fragrance and very particular. I did not like this one, personally. Since everyone has different tastes, I think this one deserves a "7" because it is marketed to teens and young woman for which it is appropriate (sweet, but no too sexy) and is reasonably priced. You can even get a rollerball version of this at Sephora for under $20. versatile. "Pretty"
This scent is not too mature nor young, perfect for day and night, and well balanced with top/middle/bottom notes. Sweetness, floral, and fruits are in harmony, so that none are overpowering more than the other, yet, strong enough to last all day. Signature Scent
I adore Viva La Juicy. It IS sweet, but not in an an overly familiar, sweet-tarts candy sort of way. I am ALWAYS asked what I am wearing when I use it, and get compliments. I also make sure to wear it when I am meeting new people, I'm not sure how to explain why other than to say that this fragrance is easily accessible. I have yet to meet a person who doesn't like, or feels headachey from it.
