Like Liquid Gold for Dry, Irritated Skin
Gold Bond has come a long way. I recall using the powder occasionally, and it was only available at certain drugstores. I suppose enough customers showed confidence in this company to help them flourish--they now have an extensive line of skin care items. Their "Ultimate Healing Lotion" is a staple in our home, mainly used during the winter. It boasts seven moisturizers and three vitamins. I don't know what vitamins it contains, but it is replete with soothing Glycerin, Jojoba, and Aloe. It does a very good job at healing small cuts caused by exposure to the elements, continual hand-washing, etc. It is a dense, concentrated formula, great for immediately calming irritations. Excellent!
I received a sample of this lotion at a conference and it is incredible! It is a thick, moisturizing cream perfect for dry or winter skin, and keeps my skin hydrated for hours and hours. As a side note, it is a pricey lotion but well worth it. I have tried the Target Up & Up version and it is just as good for those on a budget.
