I use this at night before I go to bed. It's a little greasy/oily so it's best to put on when you don't plan on using your hands, like when you sleep. I'm quadriplegic and I don't get to take care of my hands myself. Once a week my hubby, daughter or ma-in-law helps me by doing my nails & hands. It's quick and really get's rid of dead skin around my cuticles and in between my fingers as I'm not able to wash my hands several times a day,,,plus they get their hands done too! Hands are soo fresh smelling & soft. My nails seem whiter as well. Treat yourself or someone who could use some TLC.
