One of my favorites

This lipgloss glides smoothly, stays put, keeps its shine, and stays true to its color just like the ads promise. I own it in the coral red shade and it looks beautiful either by itself or layered with a lipgloss or lipstick. The only complaint I have is that for some reason the brush holds too much product so you have to take off the excess on the sides. Overall it was worth the price.

Nice drugstore liquid lipstick!

This' s my first review on this site so please bear with me. Background: I'm a MAC NC45, C7 with sahara dry lips, but I love fuller coverage lip colors. Especially if there's shine. And I hate wimpy barely there glosses unless I'm doing dark eyes. The claims: The coverage of a lipstick, the shine of the gloss and creamy with no stickyness. The colors: There's 12 shades I believe of the Shine Struc...read morek lip color and honestly I was waiting for HIP to come out with a product like this! They carry your basic nudes/ neutrals, a couple reds, and some brights/ darker colors. I purchased the colors Arresting and Tainted, a strong fushcia with blue sheen and a darker plum cream. There are shimmers and creams. The performance!: So I try these on and the first thing I noticed was how they glided on very smoothly and lightly yet they had a rich color and shine. They weren't QUITE as opaque as a true full coverage lipstick but they were still quite nice IMO. They last a long time considering the texture and leave a stain. So if you aren't a shine junkie you can still rock it if you really want it to work. I'd highly recommend this product to ladies and gents who want pigment without drying out the lips. It must be emphasized how very smooth these are. The Ugly: The only thing I had beef with about these lip colors is that there should be some more colors! But this is coming from a color junkie with a bajillion shades of purple lipstick, so take that with a grain of salt. Honestly though there's probably a good shade for most people. Overall, I recommend these, but I'd wait till a BOGO sale so you can stock up! Everyone knows how pricey HIP can be for a drugstore brand. ( I think these run around $10 or so each...)
