Excellent Eyeshadow
These are intensely pigmented and last extremely long, even without primer. With primer, they will last for over 12 hours. They simply do not budge. They apply as a cross between a cream and a powder and then dry to a powder finish that looks like satin. They are a bit difficult to blend because they dry very quickly. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS EYESHADOW!!!!
