Deluxe Gloss, Amazing Colors
This great, soft, ultra-shiny gloss comes in numerous shades, from sheer finishes to those with glimmer (one of the ones I own is "Gold Mauve," a rose with tiny gold flecks). The colors range from sedate to outrageous. There is never a tacky or sticky feel, just comfort on your lips. For $5.00, I'd like to collect them all. It is scented, but it doesn't bother me. I wanted to like these...
but I couldn't get over the cherry scent! I have two, and both are lovely colors, nicely pigmented, not sticky at all, and decent length of wear. And they're reasonably priced. It's the cherry on top
This gloss is cherry scented. I bought copper penny on sale for a couple of dollars--it is a shiny, winy mauve--very pretty. It does not irritate my lips, is highly pigmented, has staying power for a gloss, is slick not sticky, moisturizing, and a bargain. The consistency is very thin for a gloss and the spongy wand is slighty curved and flexes to remove excess product automatically before applying. I like to wear this gloss alone. I do not care for it over lipstick because then it bleeds into the tiny lines around my mouth. If you like the color, buy a bunch. The bad thing, it was hard to find one that hadn't been opened and tried on already at the store--yuck!!! THE SMELL IS TERRIBLE
I really thought that these would be a great buy, they have a lot of product in the tube for the price. They DO have lovely colors, BUT THE SMELL..... irritates me so that I won't repurchase this. The smell is SO PLASTICY and fake, it's just a turn off. Unreal & Exciting!
I LOVE THIS LIP GLOSS! For around $3.99 it's awesome! It out performs MAC by a mile. I use it over NYX Thalia lipstick and it's the perfect nude lipcolor. This gloss is also beautiful alone! Great gloss, especially for the price!
I have this gloss in taupe, which is not taupe at all but a medium pink color with a little shimmer. When I first opened it I noticed it was scented like cherry cough drops, doesn't bother me and I hardly notice it anymore. It has a sponge tip applicator that it kind of long for more precise application. The gloss itself is not too sticky, but tacky enough that it lasts a good 2-3 hours without needing to be reapplied (if you're not eating). Also, it is very pigmented. If your hair touches it on a windy day it won't be ruined by the stickiness! Super pigmented if that's what you like...
Unlike the other reviewers I actually liked the cherry scent. These are super shiny and super pigmented if that's what you're aiming for. These colors looked way too artificial on me though so I returned it. These are the best. My favorite is beige. They are creamy and not sticky. The best part of course is the price.
