Very relaxing.
I've always had trouble falling asleep, and have been searching out different lavendar pillow mists. I find this one to be very effective, and refreshing. The tea tree oil in it gives it a mind cleansing effect. Some may not like the addition of the tea tree oil in the fragrance. I just love it. I wished it lasted longer without fading.
