This is definitely my favorite hair treatment that I've ever used. I just shampoo my hair normally, towel dry slightly while in the shower, and apply this as a conditioner. It doesn't take much, and I leave it in while I shave. After rinsing, the results are phenomenal. My coarse, thick, wavy hair is soft and well behaved, and the damage from blow drying and straightening is gone. Highly recommended for anyone whose hair needs nourishment!06/19/2008
