Aloe is excellent in combination here with witch hazel to soothe minor skin irritations. Though I am nearly 40, my face occasionally still breaks out. Rather than using plain witch hazel alone, as I used to do for a natural astringent without alcohol. I use this combo to reduce the redness from any blemishes. I am pregnant and my skin was breaking out like crazy but I still needed a moisturizer. This is super lite weight and helped clear up my face and body break outs. Plus it feels cool and tingly on your skin and you can use it all over. It's reasonably priced and one bottle lasts awhile. Plus you can use it for sunburn.
